After the wedding, Patty and I traveled on to the big island of Hawaii. It was like a different world from Oahu. The volcanoes that created the islands were a much more distinctive feature of the big island than on Oahu.
But before we got to the volcanoes, we took a short hike that led to a spectacular view of Araka Falls, despite the overcast sky.
